Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will notify you via email once your return is processed and your refund is issued.
